Abstract

The method of DNA enzymatic amplification on the basis of polymerase chain reaction is described and genetic marker system criteria are defined. The method is highly sensitive. It permits gene polymorphism typing if only solitary cells are available and in case DNA is degraded. Practical use of the method is described.
