[Myocardial necrosis in acute carbon monoxide poisoning]

Abstract

Two cases of carbonmonoxid poisoning--of young males--are described. In the absence of any coronary disorders--after a long CO exposition--necrosis of the papillary muscles have been revealed. Correlations of CO poisoning and myocardial ischaemia are discussed.
