In an earlier work, Wong had developed a SAS program SLOPE for the analysis of biological assays in complete randomization design based on slope ratio method. In this paper, we discuss how to develop SAS programs to handle the statistical analysis for parallel line assays and assays based on quantal responses. These programs are capable of checking the statistical validity of an assay and estimating the potencies of test preparations relative to a standard.
