Multiorgan sarcoidosis presenting with symmetric polyarthralgia, cutaneous vasculitis, and sicca symptoms

Abstract

A 49 year old male presented with symmetric polyarthralgia, cutaneous vasculitis, and sicca symptoms. Histological examinations of biopsy specimens from the liver and skin showed sarcoidosis.
