The amino acid sequences of tryptic peptides of the reduced and S-carboxymethylated protein were determined. The tryptic peptides were aligned by overlapping the amino acid sequences of chymotryptic peptides, lysyl endopeptidase peptides and cyanogen bromide fragments.
