Abstract

The medical advisor can be helpful for the practitioner as a source of information on drugs. However, the physician has to learn how to obtain basic rational information on therapy, how to identify whether the given information is relevant or not for the clinical decision, to distinguish between rational and irrational information during presentation and to validate all given information.
