Abstract

Processes of interaction of immunocytes of different origin and with different cytokins, underlie the immune system mechanisms. The immune system structure, lymphocytes variety and properties, molecular basis of antigen recognition, were described. Dynamic structure of peripheral part of the immune system, immunocytes migration and re-circulation role in integration of lymphoid organs, were demonstrated. The molecular and cellular basis of the immune reaction and immune memory, were discussed.
