Abstract
This study has verified the spread of ST-7 serogroup C meningococci in China and characterized this new clone using porA typing and comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) analysis. The data would be helpful to monitor the spread of this new serogroup C meningococci sequence type clone in China and worldwide.
