Both Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis often have small bowel lesions. Morphological findings are very important for correct diagnosis of these disease. In this manuscript, we described their characteristics of morphological findings including new modality. And as for the treatment of Crohn's disease, we mainly mentioned about new medical treatments such as anti-TNFalpha antibody.
