Abstract

酒精性肝衰竭合并类白血病反应是较为罕见的疾病，临床诊断容易误诊或漏诊，主要依赖组织形态学及免疫组织化学确诊，目前以激素、保肝退黄、人工肝为主要治疗方法，治疗前后均需长期密切随访。.
