Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in Israel and the Western World. Approximately 5,000 women are being diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Israel. Treatment of breast cancer has changed from surgical only to multidisciplinary including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists and plastic surgeons.
